  2. Booking by email is acceptable from 60 days before the arrival date.
  3. There will be a cancellation charge, which is 100% of room price, if cancelled or amended your booking 5 day before of the check-in date (JST).
  4. No waitlisted service when it’s fully booked.

By phone call (Available 9:00-22:00)

When you book by phone call,

When will the cancelation fee be applied and how much it is? Tell me specifically about the cancelation policy because what 5 days before means is confusing.

There’s no differences depends on the booking method. Here is the example of cancelation policy.
[When your check-in date is April 9th]
Cancelation/change by April 3th 23:59 → Free
Cancelation/ change from April 4th 0:00 → 100% of room fee
